~Swedish Massage~
Swedish massage uses five styles of long flowing strokes. The five basic strokes are effleurage (sliding or gliding), petrissage (kneading) tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (cross fiber) and vibration (shaking.)
~Chair Massage~
Type of body work performed while the client is sitting in a special chair. This allows the therapist to easily access the shoulders and back. No oils or lotions are used and the client is fully clothed.
~Sports Massage~
Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to get ready for an athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition. This can help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.
~Deep Tissue Massage~
Specific massage manipulation of the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue uses many of the same movements as Swedish but the pressure is more intense.
~ Reflexology~
Reflexology is known as a zone therapy which applies pressure to the feet using thumb and finger placements; without the use of oil or lotion. The system reflexologist claim there is zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands.

~Trigger Point Therapy~
Trigger point therapy was designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. The recipient actively participates through deep breathing as well as identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort.
~Hot Stones~
Hot Massage is a special massage which the thereapist uses smooth hot stones to aide in loosening the muscle and a nice warm feel. The rough stones are placement stones meaning layed on the body with proper barrier layers so the stones dont create a burn to the client.
